Passed away peacefully on 23 April. 2010

Leaving behind beloved:
Children, Spouses, Grandchildren/in-laws and a host of loving relatives and friends.

Cortege leaves our residence at 74, Jalan SS1/21, Kampung Tunku, 47300 Petaling Jaya at 12.30pm on 24 April. 2010 (Saturday) for cremation at MBPJ Crematorium, Kampung Tunku at 1pm Akhand Paath from 8am on 30 April. 2010 (Friday) to 2 May. 2010 (Sunday) at our residence.
