Passed away on 2 Dec. 2009 at 3.15pm
Cortege leaves Xiao En Centre, (Grand Hall 1), No. 1 Jalan Kuari, Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, 6 Dec. 2009 at 11.00am for cremation at Cheras DBKL Crematorium and thereafter ashes will be laid to rest at Nilai Memorial Park.
