Wake services on 3 Dec - 5 Dec 2009 (Thursday - Saturday) at 8.30pm.
Funeral service on 6 Dec. 2009 (Sunday) at 2.30pm.
Cortege will leave from residence at 42A, Laman Setiakasih 8, Off Jalan Setiakasih 8, Bukit Damansara to Subang Lutheran Garden, Subang Permai, Shah Alam for burial.
