Wake service at No. 8, Lorong SS7/4B, Kelana Jaya on Friday 18 Dec. 2009 and Saturday 19 Dec. 2009 at 8.30pm.
The Cortege will leave for Gui Yuan Crematorium, PJ on Sunday, 20 Dec. 2009 at 2pm.
