Passed away on 7 Dec. 2009
Leaving behind her beloved:
Children, Spouse, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren to mourn her passing.
The family would like to extend our gratitude and thanks to the doctors and nursing staff of Assunta Hospital, PJ. We also wish to express our heartfelt thanks to relatives and friends for their kind attendance, assistance, messages of condolences and flowers during our recent bereavement.
16th day prayers will be held on Tuesday 22 Dec. 2009 from 9am onwards at No. 76, Jalan SS2/3, 47300 Petaling Jaya followed by lunch at 1pm.
