Cortege leaves No. 3, Lorong 5/10E, Petaling at 9.30am for the funeral service at the Trinity Methodist Church, No. 6, Jalan 5/37, Petaling Jaya at 10am on 30 March. 2010 (Tuesday)and thence to the Nirvana Crematorium Shah Alam, Seksyen 21, Jalan Pusaka 21/1, Shah Alam.
The family kindly requests, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to "Hospis Malaysia" and /or "Malaysian Care Kuala Lumpur"
