Passed away peacefully on 29 March. 2010

Leaving behind beloved:
Wife, Children, Grandchild.

Funeral is on Wednesday, 31 March. 2010.

Cortege leaves to Bercham Crematorium at 2.30pm from No. 150, Persiaran Tasek Timur 13, Taman Mewa, Bercham, Ipoh.
