Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 13th July 2010
Leaving behind
Sons, daughters-in-law, siblings, siblings-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, 14th July 2010 at 1.30pm at 96, Lorong 6/30A, 46000 Petaling Jaya. Cortege leaves from crematorium at MBPJ, Kg. Tunku, SS1, PJ.
