Passed away peacefully on 7th August 2010 at 11.25am

Wife, sons, grandmother, father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law
Laid to rest on Thursday, 12th August 2010 & Friday, 13th August 2010 at the residence No.15, Jalan Anggerik Vanilla 31/98L, Canal Gardens, Kota Kemuning, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor with nightly prayers from 8.00pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, 14th August 2010 at 8.30pm at the same venue thereafter cortege leaves at 10.00am for cremation at Tang Villa Creematorium, Shah Alam.
